At Cozy Amigurumi, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will always try to find a fair solution for you.
Digital Products — Our Policy
All Cozy Amigurumi products are digital PDF files that are delivered instantly after purchase via Gumroad. Because digital products can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we generally cannot offer refunds once a file has been delivered.
However, we understand that mistakes happen and we want every customer to be completely satisfied. Please read below for the situations where we will issue a refund.
✅ We Will Refund You If:
If your PDF was not delivered to your email after purchase and we cannot resend it successfully, we will provide a full refund.
If the PDF is damaged, blank, or cannot be opened, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same product, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge(s).
If a pattern contains major errors that make it impossible to complete the project as described, we'll send a corrected version or refund.
❌ We Cannot Refund:
- Purchases where the file was successfully downloaded (change of mind)
- Difficulty completing the pattern due to skill level differences
- Yarn or material costs related to making the pattern
- Results that differ due to different yarn weight or hook size than recommended
- Patterns purchased more than 30 days ago (unless a technical issue)

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase with:
- Your order number or confirmation email from Gumroad
- The name of the pattern purchased
- A brief description of the issue
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Gumroad within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Free Patterns
Free patterns on our blog are available at no cost. Since no payment is involved, there is nothing to refund. If you experience a technical issue downloading a free pattern, please contact us and we'll help immediately.
