- Purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc. — you are redirected to Gumroad to complete payment
- You receive a download link by email immediately after successful payment via Gumroad
- Digital downloads are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipping
- Prices are listed in USD and may vary by region
3. Licence — What You Can and Cannot Do
Purchasing a pattern grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the pattern for the purposes listed below.

- Make and sell unlimited finished handmade items from the pattern (no credit required, though appreciated)
- Print the PDF for personal use
- Save the PDF on your own devices
❌ You MAY NOT:
- Resell, share, or redistribute the PDF pattern file
- Claim authorship or ownership of the design
- Upload or share the PDF on any website, group, or platform
- Use patterns for teaching classes without a commercial licence (contact us)
- Modify and resell the pattern as your own design
4. Intellectual Property
All patterns, designs, photos, and written content on cozyamigurumi.com are the intellectual property of Cozy Amigurumi Shop. All rights reserved.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our patterns are provided in good faith. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our patterns, including yarn costs, tools, or time invested. The patterns are tested but individual results may vary based on skill level, yarn, and hook size.
