1. About Cozy Amigurumi
Cozy Amigurumi ("we", "our", "us") is an online shop selling digital amigurumi crochet patterns. Payments are processed securely via Gumroad. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Digital Products & Delivery
All products sold on Cozy Amigurumi are digital downloads (PDF files). Upon successful payment via Gumroad, you will receive an email with a download link. No physical goods are shipped.

3. License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a pattern from Cozy Amigurumi, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pattern. This means:
- Use the pattern for personal projects
- Sell finished handmade items made from the pattern
- Print and use the PDF for personal reference
- Share a link to our shop page with others
- Redistribute, resell, or share the PDF file
- Upload the pattern to any file-sharing platform
- Reproduce the pattern in whole or in part without permission
- Claim the pattern design as your own
- Translate and sell the pattern in other languages
4. Free Patterns
Free patterns published on our blog are available for personal use at no charge. The same license terms apply — you may sell finished items, but you may not redistribute, copy, or republish the pattern itself without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All pattern designs, text, images, and content on Cozy Amigurumi are the intellectual property of Cozy Amigurumi unless otherwise noted. Our content is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. Accuracy of Patterns
We test all patterns before publishing to ensure accuracy. However, results may vary depending on your yarn weight, hook size, tension, and skill level. We are not responsible for variations in finished items due to individual technique differences.
If you find an error in a pattern, please contact us and we will issue a corrected version at no cost.
7. Payments & Security
All payments are processed by Gumroad. We do not store your payment information. Gumroad's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to the payment process. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods supported by Gumroad.
8. Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads, we have a limited refund policy. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. We want every customer to be happy and will always work to resolve issues fairly.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
